Return & Exchange Policy
At Haqq Collection, we want you to love your purchase. Please choose your items carefully, as we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.
We understand that finding the right fit can sometimes be tricky. That’s why we offer exchanges for different sizes only under the following conditions:

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs to send the item back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement size back to you (within Australia).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue you with a store credit.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact us at info@haqqcollection.com with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange for.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item to us.

After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll send out your replacement size.
Please note: Sale items and limited edition drops are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
